Boston Avenue United Methodist Church, Tulsa Oklahoma
This is the Boston Avenue United Methodist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The church combines Gothic features with Art Deco features, reflecting its construction in 1929.
The Tower bears a striking resemblance to the Empire State Building, which was also and Art Deco building. The Empire State building's construction was also started in 1929.

Very astute observation, I actually hadn't noticed how closely it resembled the Empire State Building until you noted it.
ReplyDeleteLooking at it that way, the resemblance is actually quite striking.
